Poornoham Asangohamcha

Kim (What) thad Brahma ?
Satyam Jnanam Anantham Brahma
Katham (How) janami ?
Yo Veda nihitham guhayam parame vyoman
What is the benefit out of it ?
Soshnuthe Sarvan Kaman Sah Brahmana Vipaschiteti, yatra na anyat pashyati, na anyat shrunoti, na anyat vijanati- sa Bhooma. Booma vi amrutham.
Satyam-> Akhandakar Sushupthi. One may doubt Satyam is inert. That is why it is said that it Jnanam -> Jnapthi roopa Swaroopa Jnanam na thu Vrithi roopa jnanam. Since Vrithi roopa thoughts will come and go it is said that the Jnanam is Anantham or sah akhandakara sakshi chaitanyamaham. Aham Brahmasmi ithi. Brahma Satyam Jagan Mitya Jivo Brahmaiva na para. Aham poorna - I am every thing (adhyaropa).
Aham Asanga (Apavada). Aham Avasthatraya kootastha saksi chaitanyamaham.
Sajateeya Vijateeya Swagatha bedha shoonyam, aham, advayam, akritham. Nasthi Akritha Krithena.

Avidya Kama Karma Karyam

Avidya Kama Karma roopa Samasara

The samsara is due to Avidya (ignornce of being complete) which results in Kama (desire to make one self complete) through Karma (finite actions) whcih give rise to Karma Phala (finite results) which will take u to certain Bhoga/lokas like experiences/swarga and to enjoy those finite results u have to have Sharira (a fitting body) for which u have to take birth in that particular environment. This is a big vicious cycle called samsara chakra.

To come out of it there is only one way that is knowing ones true nature which is completely complete paripoorna, in which there is no further scope for improvement. Before knowing one must get qualified to that knowledge by aquiring the sadhana chatustaya sampathi.

Pragnanam Brahma

sajatiya vijatiya swagatha bedha rahitham aham advayam ekam akritam. Nasthi Akritha Krithena.

asthi bhathi priyam

asthi bhathi priyam Asthi Bhathi Priyam Rupam Nama chethi amsha Panchakam adyatrayam Brahma rupam Jagad rupam thato dwayam. When I say Pen is - pen is existingAhamasmi Aham bhami means I am aware of, I am concious ofMy existence and awareness is limitless or infinite poorna. That which is infinite is my nature which I want or love or crave that is ananda - myself i.e. Satyam Jnanam Anantham Brahma. The atman which is in me is in every being aswell as insentient things also.I am limitless Conciousness, which is neither knowledge nor ignorance, when there is a feeling of pain then also I am ananda swaroopa. I am not touched by that pain because aham asangah. We are all seeking limitlessness i.e. anandaAll that I am seeking, only to be more secure. In fact there is nothing more secure than myself. Any Security is because of my presence. I give existnace to everything like space accommodates every thing or in dream I create everything. I am not subject to time. Contrarily time itself is given existance- Sat because of me. I want to live a day more without being ignorant and unhappy. Happiness is my nature. Ignorance is not my nature. I am infinite existance and conciousness aware of which shines my knowledge and ignorance.1. Feeler is me2. Feeling is me3. What is felt is also meI am the truth in all the three, I transcend all the three and except Me there is nothing. If at all I am seeing any thing it is only like a dream, on waking to my true nature there is no dream nor dream world that is the nature of the jagad rupam. It is mitya appearing but not true like sun rising in the east. Therefore PoornohamU take any person/object outside or ur own feeling- that botheres u most. See that it is ur self - in the sense that the same asthi bhathi and priyam are also there- for that matter in the entire Jagat including my body mind complex including my feeings emotions and thoughts. In any thing other than asthi bhathi and priyam everything else is mithya.Take some one/object that bothers u most and them the feeling of being bothered-both of them and bring ur understanding of poorna. This is what we mean by being everything as sarvathama bhave- I am every thing. Therefore contemplate on Asthi bhathi priyam bhavaSatyam gnanam anantham bhavaSat chit ananda bhavaMayyeva sakalam jatham mayi sarvan prathistitham, Mayi sarvan layam yathiThat brahmadvayam asyaham. At the same time aham asangah- I am free from every thing Iam unattached to any thingLike we have different notions- I am subject to likes and dislikesI am subject to sadnessI am subject to hurtI am subject to guiltAll the above notions are taken care of by the antidote of knowing that aham asanghaT
